At Jadoo Magic, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any unforeseen reason, your product appears damaged in any manner, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:

We will review your request and respond within 7 working days of receiving your email.
2. Replacement
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you would like a replacement for the same item, email us at hello@jadoomagic.com with your request.
3. Props Disclaimer

Only our actual products are shipped. Props displayed in product photos are not included.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

5. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Once your return is received and inspected:
