In the world of premium corporate gifting in India, timelines are tight, expectations are high, and differentiation is everything.

When Bridgestone approached us ahead of International Women's Day, the brief was clear yet challenging:

Create a unique, functional, and premium gift hamper with subtle branding — something meaningful, not just decorative.

What made this challenging was not the concept but the times lines and at Jadoo Magic, this is exactly the kind of challenge we thrive on.

The Vision: Thoughtful, Functional & Cohesive

The goal was not to create just another gift box—but a curated experience.

Every product had to feel intentional, useful, and aesthetically aligned. The final hamper brought together:

  1. A sleek glass tumbler with straw for everyday use
  2. A dual-toned reversible desk mat, blending function with style
  3. A leather cover notebook with embossed branding for a premium touch
  4. A custom designed calendar with inspirational quotes on an easel stand
  5. A rose gold pen to elevate the writing experience
  6. A copy of Lean In — reinforcing the spirit of women empowerment
  7. Personalised notecards
  8. A cohesive, elegant gift box

Each element was carefully selected to create a harmonised visual and functional story—a hallmark of high-end custom corporate gift hampers in India.

The Challenge: Time, Scale & Perfection

While the concept was exciting, the real test lay in execution.

  • 150 hampers
  • 4 working days
  • A Sunday in between

And zero room for compromise.

This wasn’t just about sourcing products—it was about aligning multiple moving parts simultaneously:

  • Product vendors
  • Packaging specialists
  • Branding and customisation teams
  • Logistics and dispatch coordination

Each vendor operated on different timelines, yet everything had to come together seamlessly.

The Process: From Idea to Execution

What made this project truly remarkable was the speed at which everything came together—without losing control over quality or detail.

25th February:
We began with Video calls with Bridgestone office in Bangalore followed by ideation and approvals. The vision was aligned quickly, allowing us to move into execution mode almost immediately.

26th – 27th February:
Sourcing, branding, designing and customisation were carried out in parallel for all the 8 products ( not to forget the smaller details like matching ribbons, crinkled paper and stickers) Multiple niche vendors were coordinated simultaneously to ensure every element—from products to packaging—met our premium standards.

28th February:
All products and packaging materials, including printed elements, were received. This was followed by rigorous quality checks and an intense late-night packing session to ensure every hamper was flawless.
(With February ending on the 28th, this was our final in-house execution window.)

1st March (Sunday):
A logistical pause—external shipping and pickup services were unavailable. While this was beyond our control, it was already factored into our planning.

2nd March:
Shipments were dispatched from Delhi, carefully packed and ready for transit.

3rd March:
The hampers were successfully delivered in Bangalore.

Right on time for Bridgestone’s Women’s Day celebration which was scheduled for 4th March along with some conference ).

The Differentiator: Quality Without Compromise

In fast-turnaround projects, quality is often the first casualty.

For us, it was non-negotiable.

From the precision of branding on the leather notebook to the careful packing of the glass tumbler and straw in bubble wrap, from color consistency in the desk mats to the printing quality of the calender—every detail mattered.

This required constant coordination, quick decision-making, and an uncompromising eye for detail.

The Outcome: Delivered On Time, Delivered Right

Despite the compressed timeline and multiple dependencies, all 150 hampers were delivered on schedule.

The feedback from Bridgestone was simple yet meaningful:

They appreciated the timely delivery and the overall premium execution.

And for us, that’s what defines success in corporate gifting solutions—not just creating something beautiful, but delivering it flawlessly ( even if that means " racing aganist time")

This project was a powerful reminder that great execution is not accidental—it’s built on clarity, team work, and commitment.
