Some projects stand out not because they are the biggest or the most elaborate, but because they show how much goes on behind a seemingly simple gift hamper.
Our Diwali gifting project for TVS Eurogrip Off-Highway Tyres (OHT) was one such experience.
The brief was to curate 100 corporate Diwali gift hampers for employees and clients, with a thoughtful product mix, a festive feel and a presentation that aligned beautifully with the brand — all while working within a carefully defined per-hamper budget.
Keeping the Curation Simple, Thoughtful and Festive
When budgets are defined, our approach is not to fill a hamper with more products simply to make it look fuller. The focus is on choosing fewer things that work well together and creating value through the overall experience.
For TVS Eurogrip, the final hamper brought together two ceramic kullads, an aroma diffuser gift set and dry fruits. It was a compact curation, but one that balanced utility, festive indulgence and something for the home. The products themselves were kept free of corporate branding, allowing them to remain versatile and usable beyond Diwali.

Bringing the Brand Into the Packaging
Brand alignment does not always require putting a logo on every product.
For this project, the brand presence came through the overall presentation. Following the visual direction shared by the TVS Eurogrip team, the hampers were put together in a blue-and-white palette, complemented by blue ribbon, coordinating filler and customised Diwali communication.
The result was festive without being overly traditional and branded without feeling like merchandise.
For us, this is an important part of customised corporate Diwali gifting — deciding where the brand needs to be visible and where the gift should simply be allowed to remain a gift.
Executing During the Diwali Rush
The project came to us during peak Diwali season, when gifting schedules across the industry are already running at full capacity. That meant procurement, packaging and execution for the 100 hampers had to move quickly in a week's time.
But corporate gifting rarely ends when the hampers are packed.
As the project progressed, the dispatch requirement evolved from bulk delivery to multiple locations across India. Hampers that had already been prepared for consolidated shipping needed to be reorganised into smaller, destination-wise consignments.
Our team reopened the master cartons, segregated the hampers, repacked them for the revised shipping plan and coordinated the multiple dispatches — while keeping the festive delivery timelines in mind.
It certainly added another layer to an already busy Diwali season, but adaptability and the experience required for multi-location deliveries is a very real part of handling bulk corporate gifting across India. Plans can evolve, and our job is to find a way to make the execution work without compromising the final experience for the recipient.

100 Hampers. Multiple Destinations. Delivered.
In the end, all 100 TVS Eurogrip Diwali hampers were prepared and dispatched across the required locations, bringing together thoughtful curation, brand-aligned packaging and multi-location logistics within one project.
And perhaps that is what this project represents best for us.
A corporate hamper may eventually arrive as one neatly packed box. Behind it, however, can be product selection, budgets, packaging decisions, brand guidelines, repacking, logistics, quality checks and plenty of problem-solving.
At Jadoo Magic, we manage those moving parts to create customised corporate gift hampers for employees, clients and business partners — from product curation and packaging to branding and pan-India delivery.
Because when the hamper finally reaches someone's hands, none of the complexity behind it should show.
Only the experience should.
